Refund policy

Because these are instant digital downloads you keep forever, we generally can't offer refunds once a pack has been downloaded — there's no way to "return" a file.

That said, we're not interested in keeping money from someone the product didn't help. If a pack genuinely didn't work for you, email hello@scatterproof.shop within 30 days, tell us what missed, and we'll make it right. We'd rather have a fair reputation than a few locked-in sales.

If a file is broken, corrupted, or won't open, that's on us — we'll fix it or refund it, no questions.
